Our league is open to 2nd to 8th grade boys and girls residing in Brentwood.

 

Our practices begin mid September and the season runs until January/early February. Please commit to finishing our season before moving on to another sport.

 

Practices are twice a week at one of the local elementary schools.

 

We do not practice when the schools are closed. This includes Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks and all other holidays within our season.

 

There are 10 games in a season. One game is played each weekend.

 

Games will be played in gyms from Timberpoint in Discovery Bay to the Ultimate Field House in Walnut Creek.

 

All of our coaches are volunteers. We appreciate all of their time and effort they give to our community and to this ministry for our children. We ask that all coaches be supported and assistance offered as needed.

 

Coaches and assistants are always needed. Depending on the number of players signing up, we may need parents to step up to volunteer. Please consider getting involved! We never want to turn players away due to lack of coaches!

 

We will not guarantee coach requests or requests to play with another player.

 

Once rosters are submitted to the diocese, there will be no refunds. If a player or parent chooses not to play prior to Sept. 15, a $25 charge will apply. A request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the IHM CYO Administrator prior to September 15th. Otherwise, the fees paid will become non-refundable

 

Skills assessments are for players in grades 4 - 8. (2nd and 3rd graders are assigned to a team.) Please make every effort to attend.
